Parsley Juice for Weight Loss
Parsley is a healthiest herb which helps to loss weight. It is rich in iron and vitamin C,K and A. It make wonders together with lemon. But it is very difficult to get this herb regularly in Indian stores. If you get them in your area, just pick it and have this drink to keep yourself fit.
PARSLEY JUICE
Ingredients:
- Parsley - a fistful
- Lemon - 1/2
- Water - 3/4 cup
Method:
- Clean the parsley and remove the stem part. Take it in a blender and grind it for 30 seconds.
- Add lemon juice and water. Process on high speed for 2 mins. Serve immediately.
Note:
- Discard any black leaves present, as it will give a bitter taste.
