I drink tomato juice to keep my weight in check during these quanrantine times. I drink at least one cup a day because it keeps me full curving my appetite.  


This is the easiest diet you can actually do and tomato juice is highly nutritious and even prevents blood clots.

Blood vessel health

A study has shown that drinking 1.2 cups (280ml) daily significantly reduced inflammatory proteins called adipokine in blood.  Tomato is rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. In the body, lycopene rids of bad free oxygen radicals and waste from the  blood vessels improving blood flow. 


Heart health

Lycopene and beta-carotene, power antioxidants, in tomato juice reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and fat in your arteries preventing heart-related  diabetesdiseases.


A study found that 25 mg of lycopene taken daily over 13 days lowered levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol about 10% and also lowered blood pressure. That is a little over 1 Cup of tamoto juice a day.
